今天有大量网友反映ChatGPT无法使用，主要提示为：

1. 登录时：Oops!Our systems are a bit busy at the moment, please take a break and try again soon.
2. 对话时：Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.

打开Openai的服务器状态官网查了一下，发现Openai被DDoS 攻击了，如图：

当ChatGPT突然无法使用时，我们可以先打开status.openai.com检查一下OpenAI各项服务的状态，确保OpenAI能正常提供服务，否则我们做再多的努力也无济于事。

打不开OpenAI的网站

不知道什么原因，OpenAI限制中国大陆的用户访问ChatGPT的网站，如果你直接打开ChatGPT的网站，你可能会看到下面的提示：Access denied You do not have access to chat.openai.com The site owner may have set restrictions that prevent you from accessing the site.如图：

甚至有可能你已经使用了美国、新加坡、日本等海外IP，但还是会看到上面的提示，主要原因就是OpenAI一直在提高中国人访问其服务的门槛。

怎么办？清Cookie和历史记录，换IP。IP地址只有一个原则：用得人越少越好。VPS大玩家一般使用下面的方案：

IP地址所有地为泰国曼谷，正宗的手机流量IP，IP质量很高。

小众的VPS因为用的人少，IP质量也可以，你可以通过包月的方式把IP地址固定下来长期使用，这样更安全。

为什么VPS大玩家一直强调IP的重要性呢？因为如果你要升级到ChatGPT Plus以及使用OpenAI的API，是需要绑定信用卡付费的。OpenAI使用的是Stripe的支付接口：Stripe Checkout，这个产品有一个兄弟产品叫：Stripe Radar，其中有一个功能是 “代理检测：识别 IP 欺诈和使用代理的问题。”，如图：

如果IP地址是多人共用的或者在Stripe的黑名单，就会被认为有风险，您使用的虚拟信用卡就会被拒绝：您的信用卡被拒绝了。请尝试用借记卡支付。

邮箱无法使用

注册ChatGPT时遇到错误提示：Oops!The email you provided is not supported. （您提供的电子邮件不受支持。)或者Signup is currently unavailable, please try again later，基本可以确定是邮箱的原因，目前国内的电子邮箱基本上都注册不了ChatGPT，只能用国外的邮箱，如：gmail、zoho.com、ProtonMail、skiff.com、AOL.COM、yahoo.com等邮箱。

如果邮箱被禁用，你可能会看到下面的提示：

• Signup is currently unavailable, please try again later
• Oops!The email you provided is not supported.
• The user already exists.
• Signup is temporarily unavailable, please check back in an hour.

手机号码无法使用

由于ChatGPT不对中国提供服务，因此国内的手机号码肯定用不了，使用国内的手机号码注册时，一般会提示：OpenAI’s services are not available in your country.其他常见的错误提示有：

• Your account was flagged for potential abuse. If you feel this is an error,please contact us at help.openai.com（IP、历史记录未清、或者手机号码被重复使用）
• It looks like this is a virtual phone number (also known as VoIP). Please provide a valid, non-virtual phone number to continue. （使用Google Voice）
• We couldn’t verify your phone number (error=enforcement_failed). If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com..(使用Indonesia的号码)
• It looks like this is a premium phone number. Please provide a valid, non-premium phone number to continue.(换一个新号码即可)
• You've made too many phone verification requests. Please try again later or contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.(换一个新号码即可)

解决方法：

1. 清Cookie和历史记录
2. 换不同的IP
3. 换不同的国家的号码，一般使用接码平台：注册ChatGPT短信验证码解决方案：使用短信验证码接收平台。

上面的三步要一起操作，不要偷懒，否则容易失败。

信用卡无法付款

ChatGPT Plus比免费的ChatGPT强大很多，可是很多人卡在了付款这个环节：

ChatGPT无法登录

Our systems are a bit busy at the moment

ChatGPT登录时遇到提示：Oops!Our systems are a bit busy at the moment, please take a break and try again soon.如图：

这是目前使用OpenAI的人太多导致服务器繁忙，或者OpenAI被DDOS攻击了，比如2023年11月8日的这次攻击事件，大家可以自行在status.openai.com查询OpenAI各项服务的状态。

Sorry,you have been blocked

登录时提示：Sorry,you have been blocked

这是IP原因，换一个好用的IP即可。

Unable to load History

下面这种也是IP的原因，历史记录无法加载(Unable to load History)，一片空白，换IP即可解决，如图：

Unable to load site

登录时提示：Unable to load site，Please try again later. If you are using a VPN, try turning it off.Check the status page for information on outages。

很明显，这也是IP原因造成的，换IP即可。

Sign in failed

登录时提示：Something went wrong.You may be connected to a disallowed ISP.If you are using VPN, try disabling it.Otherwise try a different Wi-Fi network or data connection.

ChatGPT服务器过载或者被DDOS攻击中，只能等待OpenAI官方去解决。当然也有可能是IP原因造成的，建议先打开status.openai.com查询OpenAI各项服务的状态，不行再换IP。

different authentication method

登录时提示：Oops! You tried signing in with a different authentication method than the one you used during signup. Please try again using your original authentication method.

原因：使用了不正常的登录方式，例如你注册时使用的是邮箱+密码的形式，结果你却打算使用”Continue with Google”这种方式登录。

清除cookie，换个IP登录即可。

ChatGPT无法使用

ChatGPT服务过载或者被DDOS攻击

对话时提示：Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.如图：

或者提示：An error occurred. Either the engine you requested does not exist or there was another issue processing your request, If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.如图：

ChatGPT无法正常对话，这一般是服务器过载或者被攻击了。

无法使用ChatGPT Plus

已经升级了Plus，但还是显示“Upgrade to Plus”，只能使用3.5，无法使用4.0，这种一般是IP原因造成的，换个干净的IP即可。

ChatGPT被封号

登录时提示：You do not have an account because it has been deleted or deactivated.If you believe this was an error, please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com

这是ChatGPT被封号了，原因不明，大概率是IP导致的。

ChatGPT OpenAI API key被封

错误提示：The OpenAI account associated with this API key has been deactivated. If you are the developer for this OpenAI app, please check your email for more information. If you are seeing this error while using another app or site, please reach out to them for more help.

由于滥用或者违规被封号。

429 You are being rate limited.

错误提示：We have detected an increased number of requests and have limited traffic temporarily. lf you think this is an error, please contact the systems administrator.

短时间内发送了大量的请求，被OpenAI限流。但是一般单个账号的请求并不会很多，因此可能是同一个IP地址发出的请求过多，被OpenAI针对该IP进行了限制。解决办法就是换IP。

ChatGPT Plus无法续费

续费按钮变成灰色，无法点击

ChatGPT Plus已经过期，但是点“Renew Plus”显示当前Plan还是Plus，导致无法续费，如图：

这种情况一般时自动续费失败造成的，等几天就可以正常续费。

2023年11月15日，由于负载太高，OpenAI又一次暂停了升级Plus的接口，据说真正的原因是正在被黑客组织DDOS持续攻击中。如图：

只能等OpenAI官方重新开放升级接口。这种情况一般不会持续太久，最多1-2天即可解决。

2023年11月16日，OpenAI官方已经重新开放升级Plus的接口(老用户可续费、升级)，新用户则需要排队等候。
